English Education Program Holds International Seminar For Students

Wednesday (Oct;06/2021); Tarbiyah and Teaching Traning Faculty of IAIN Padangsidimpuan, holds The International Seminar for the students. This seminar was attended by 100 students, all activities were carried out by complying with health protocols, because it was still in a pandemic condition. This seminar carries the theme: “ Revitalizing English and Education At The Post – Pandemic. Sub-theme : TEFL and Teaching Methods, Teaching Media, Material Developments, Assessment and Evaluation, Linguistics and Literature, and Technology for Teaching.
Fitri Rayani Siregar, M. Hum (The Head of English Education Study Program) said conveyed the importance of this seminar. Therefore, all participants are expected to take it seriously.
“My best expression of appreciation to the Rector, Vice Rectors, Deans and all leaders at he faculty level for the support according this seminar. Especially to the participants, let us take this seminar seriously, because this is very helpful for us to do research later,” said Fitri Rayani Siregar.

Prof. Dr. H. Ibrahim Siregar, MCL (Rector of IAIN Padangsidimpuan) so emphasizes the importance of research in today’s conditions.
“ Nowadays, many people research without an accountable method. With the development of science and technology today, we are required to research by combining several methods, so as to obtain accountable research results,” said Prof. Dr. H. Ibrahim Siregar, MCL.
Furthermore, he also hopes that all students can take the seminar seriously, pay more attention to the material which presented by the speakers.
In our notes (Humas IAIN Padangsidimpuan), there are 3 speakres who will deliver their material at the seminar, namely: 1.
